Personal Involvement

  • Social Media Management and Strategy: Ran Noah Basketball’s social media accounts (primary account and the HOOPS account), focusing on alignment with brand identity. Developed a content strategy focused on maximizing impact through graphics, collaboration posts, carousels, video content,and basketball-specific terminology.

  • Blog Content Creation: Authored blog posts for Noah Basketball, capturing the brand’s voice and identity. Focused on delivering compelling, on-brand narratives that resonated with the target audience and reinforced Noah Basketball’s mission.

  • Campaign Development and Execution: Created and implemented social media campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

  • Task Delegation and Team Leadership: Help lead interns by delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflow and quality deliverables.

  • Press Kit and Media Kit Creation: Designed a professional press kit to equip media outlets with essential brand information, visuals, and statistics. Developed a media kit to attract potential sponsors, highlighting Noah Basketball’s unique value proposition and engagement metrics.

Social mEDIA Stradegy

I conducted an in-depth analysis of Noah Basketball's social media accounts and identified areas for improvement. Based on my findings, I developed a detailed social media plan and ideas to increase engagement. I focused on enhancing storytelling, incorporating more effective hashtag strategies, and improving overall content quality to better connect with the audience.

Media Kit

I researched and pitched cost-effective media kits to John Carter, CEO of Noah Basketball, for team members to use while traveling to meet with coaches. These user-friendly kits, equipped with phones, mics, and ring lights, are designed to collect coaches' testimonials for social media. This seamless setup ensures high-quality content creation on the go, amplifying Noah Basketball’s presence through authentic testimonials.

Content Calendar

I created a content calendar for Noah Basketball's social channels as well as the HOOPS social channels, scheduling posts around Noah Basketball's mission, metrics for measuring performance, coaches' testimonials, key events, campaigns, and team highlights to maximize engagement. The content aligned with Noah Basketball’s brand voice and strategy. I also oversaw and wrote strategy for Alabama Basketball collaboration posts.

Sales and Brand Kit

I developed the strategy and content for Noah Basketball’s Brand Kit, showcasing the brand’s impact, audience reach, and partnership opportunities. I ensured the messaging aligned with the brand’s mission and maintained consistency throughout. The goal was to engage prospective clients at the OHSBCA event and effectively communicate the value of collaborating with Noah Basketball.
