Knight Eady

During my fellowship at Knight Eady, I had the opportunity to contribute to a range of projects and events within the sports and entertainment industry. Collaborating closely with the strategy and event teams, I developed and executed marketing strategies such as developing the strategy and copy for compelling content, implementing in-game social media engagement, creating content calendars, conducting focus groups, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. I also helped strategize and bring events to life by contributing to seamless planning and execution.
My responsibilities included creating and managing social media plans, developing content calendars, and crafting email campaigns tailored to client objectives while ensuring alignment with their brand voice. Some of the innovative strategies I implemented included managing real-time social media updates during events to engage audiences and boost visibility, creating detailed content calendars to maximize audience engagement, and designing personalized email campaigns to connect with targeted audiences.
I worked on events such as Battle in Birmingham, C.M. Newton Classic, and the Super 7 Football State Championships, where I supported in-game social media content creation, event operations, and digital engagement.
Additionally, I was responsible for leading client meetings, ensuring their needs were met, and gathering feedback to refine strategies. Whether coordinating communications, analyzing data, managing media tables and live streams for events or delivering event-specific promotions like storytelling and player highlights, I played a pivotal role in achieving successful outcomes for Knight Eady’s clients.
